TLV PERMISSIONS - WARDEN EDITION
OOC PREFERENCES:

IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: Canon-Diverged Intermezzo
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: He tends to appear human, and his current form of choice is a somehow innocuous six feet tall, slender, blond guy with golden-yellow-green eyes that seem to change color the longer a person looks at them, like a kaleidoscope turned as slowly as possible. His voice is soft, gentle in a way that suggests he's used to making himself as un-intimidating as he can. Also, and this will be a change for the people who already know him, he has an unmistakably British accent. A Queen's English cadence with certain vowels and consonants worn out of shape, like he's been living abroad for too long to bother with the crispness demanded by social hierarchy.
His clothing choices tend toward soft and baggy, though his color schemes vary wildly. Jeans + Big Sweater tends to be his default mode, and he often goes barefoot. He almost always smells like right after it rains, fresh flowers, and/or growing things.
•DEMEANOR: See above--he works very hard to be unassuming, is eager to please, extremely anxious, and has a tendency to take things more literally than he should.
•ABILITIES: HIM GOD. No uh, for real tho. He's a baby god, which means there's a helluva lot he can do and influence, but he's also absolutely not more powerful than the Admiral. He didn't have a physical form of his own until he graduated, existing as a spirit with limited ability to interact with the world. Now, he has a vessel that can contain his spirit which allows him full access to his abilities. Many of which he still has no conscious knowledge of. That said, he's not all-powerful. He can't travel between universes unassisted, has no omnipotent view of past or future, and can't exert influence over the Barge outside of floods or accidents. He also won't use his abilities on anyone without permission, outside of emergency scenarios. (And even emergency scenarios will entail OOC permission, of course.)

•CABIN INFORMATION: What the door and interior of your character's cabin look like.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Name-calling, disrespecting what people want to be called in general. Minimizing the value of another living creature. THE SOUNDS HUMANS MAKE WHEN THEY EAT.

•MENTAL: They can try, but depending on who and what they are, it might end badly. Happy to talk about potential disaster!
•MIMICRY: He's a shapeshifter, but they're welcome to mimic anything they've seen or heard him be.
•VIOLENCE: He will do his absolute damndest never to be provoked into a physical fight, but you can try.
•MAGIC: I'm always down for shenanigans, but given his godliness and the quirks of intersecting canons, I'd prefer to talk first!
